REX announce the hiring of Jeremiah Knackstedt

The REX Baseball administration is excited to announce the hiring of Jeremiah Knackstedt as the new field manager of REX Baseball for the 2020 season. This will be Knackstedt's fourth year managing summer collegiate teams and it will be his second year in the Prospect League. Knackstedt has also been giving private hitting and catching lessons throughout the St. Louis metro area for the past 12 years.

"After many rounds of interviews of qualified candidates, I'm pleased to announce the new field manager, Jeremiah Knackstedt" said Bruce Rosselli, REX GM. "Jeremiah brings experience of coaching and playing pro ball, and prior coaching in college summer leagues. We look to have a strong team with the combined players already signed or committed and who Jeremiah will bring to the club for the 2020 season" Rosselli added.

Knackstedt said about joining REX Baseball, "I am excited about the opportunity to lead the Rex for the 2020 season! The Rex have a rich history of putting together successful teams on a yearly basis. They have one of the finest facilities in the Prospect League, along with a great ownership group and a wonderful fan base! My goal is to bring in a group of guys that will compete at max effort on a daily basis in hopes of bringing another Prospect League Championship to Terre Haute"

REX Baseball is excited for Jeremiah Knackstedt to join the organization and is looking forward to the upcoming season in the Wabash Valley.
