Adrian Madrid, a Chicago native and recent graduate of Indiana State University, found his calling in sports media after initially pursuing a major in Professional Flight Aviation. After switching to Sport Management with a Communication minor, Adrian quickly immersed himself in the field, joining the REX Baseball staff in 2021 as a Game Day Operations Intern.

He was promoted in 2022 to Director of Communications & Social Media Manager and now serves as Assistant General Manager, overseeing all major front office operations. Adrian has been instrumental in launching and leading REX Baseball's broadcast operations.

Since 2019, Adrian has also worked with the Indiana State Sports Network, beginning as a camera operator and eventually becoming an on-air color analyst for ISU women's volleyball and basketball broadcasts on ESPN. He has directed and produced games for nationally ranked teams and earned multiple SportsCenter Top 10 features. From March to August, you'll find him at Bob Warn Field, full in his element.
